a) Factory Area:


We have a total area of 3000 square foot. This includes an adequately sized production floor


Spacious offices and seminar hall and a large warehouse area with a possibility of extension of the production area in the future


b) Production Area:


Our workshop consists of 6 different zones:


  1. LV Panels, Control Panels & Capacitor Bank Assembly Area
  2. MDB’s & SMDB’s Assembly area
  3. DB Assembly, Wiring area
  4. Machining & Fabrication Area
  5. Busbar Sleeving Area
  6. Testing area
  7. Functional Test of all components and switchboards

c) Manufacturing Facilities:


We manufacture a complete range of Switchgear System that meet IEC or BS standards.Our Manufacturing Process includes:


  1. Receiving Cubicles and other raw materials
  2. Busbar Fabrication
  3. In house assembly and wiring
  4. Bakelite or PVC shrouding on all live parts
  5. Identification labeling
  6. In house checking & routine testing
  7. Preparation of test reports, Operation & Maintenance Manuals
